Edupreneur

Education + Entrepreneur = Edupreneur

Teachers, Administrators and Educators everywhere see the challenges in schools on a daily basis.  The "one size fits all" mentality around education no longer fits the needs of our students and is burning out our teachers at historic rates.

Students and families are not aware of the vast opportunities for career success outside of the traditional 4 year university route.

HOW CAN WE CREATIVELY LOOK AT SCHOOL STRUCTURES, SCHEDULES AND OPTIONS TO FIND THE RIGHT FIT FOR EACH STUDENT?

Gen Z

Generation Z wants to make an impact in the world, and they want to do it their way.  They demand learning that they deem relevant to their lives, interests and learning styles.  Not only are they asking, "Why do I need to know this?"... they won't comply simply because, "This is how we've always done it."  Their passion, social strengths and creativity must be harnessed in new, innovative ways.

HOW DO WE STOP TRYING TO PUSH OUR YOUNG PEOPLE INTO OUTDATED SYSTEMS,

MEET THEM WHERE THEY ARE AT &

MAXIMIZE THEIR STRENGTHS?

Workforce Gaps

Talk to any employer and they will tell you the challenges they are having filling positions.

Older workforce are retiring and no one is in the pipeline to take their place.

As students graduate high school lacking professional skills, turnover and and quits rates are at all time highs.

HOW CAN WE FILL THE GAPS IN OUR WORKFORCE WITH STUDENTS WHO ARE PREPARED WITH PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO SUCCEED ACROSS ALL INDUSTRY SECTORS?
